A VERY NICE BUCK
I was fortunate to watch four bucks and three does at one spot, eight does and two bucks, and the biggest buck of the bunch with eight does of his own. I spent three hours off and on studying these deer as they posture for a chance to mate. Unbelievable except for I had no gun, and season has been closed for ten days. That would be believable!
I spent over half an hour watching the one featured below. He was on the skyline on both sides of the road, and crossed the road half a dozen times in front of me. As I drove off, he was still guarding his does along side the road. He seemed to know I ment no harm, and that season was closed for the year.
