FIRST SNOW OF FALL
LEAVES
SENIOR'S PIG ROAST
Young At Heart Senior Center has it's first official dance and pig roast. Two pigs and seven chickens were roasted. There were about 140 people in attendance. Lots of great food, and the Sundowners band played for dancing. After a few dances,  the power went out. The band got a truck with generator and played some more. After a few more dances, and in the middle of a boot scoot boogie, the generator caught a shovel handle on fire. It looked like the whole truck was going up when I saw it.  Anyway, after some great fun and food, we danced a little and some went home and some sat and visited in the dark.
Here are some pictures:

Neither Bob or I ate any eyes.

Sandy and I during the dance.   With the lights mostly out, we didn't get any dance pictures.  We didn't get any dance pictures of Dawn and I doing the two step.
It was a really great time in the new center. Thanks to all.
